Purchasing Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and budget requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate terms and prices, and manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and identify potential supply chain issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Resolve any issues related to purchasing, including discrepancies and supplier disputes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
