- Research potential vendors
- Evaluate offers from suppliers and prepare cost analysis
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track and coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate samples to concerned department for quality review
- Encode order details into databases
- Maintain updated record of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Coordinate regularly with Warehouse department
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City (with staff house accommodation)
- With on hand pre-employment requirements and can start ASAP!
