WORK LOCATION: TAYTAY, RIZAL

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or Marketing or any 4 year course.
  • At least 3 year(s) work experience specializing in purchasing, negotiations, supply agreement, supplier relationship and importation.
  • Has good analytical and interpersonal skills to obtain the best purchase package
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Good oral and written communication skill

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for price, quality, specifications, availability and method of delivery
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders in accordance to company policy
  • Review Purchase Requisitions received in order to verify accuracy, specifications and coordinates with requestor
  • Continuously evaluates suppliers/sub-contractors performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes
  • Continuously develops better and more reliable supplier of new products through networking
  • Responsible for managing the import process of goods from overseas, ensuring that all products are imported in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Track shipments, manage customs clearance, and maintain accurate records of imported products.
  • Oversees timely and efficient procurement of goods and services essential to business operations
