Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with CSI's goals and standards.
Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms for quality, price, and delivery.
Oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost- effective procurement.
Ensure that all raw materials and ingredients meet CSI's stringent quality and food safety standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of reliable and reputable suppliers.
Negotiate favorable terms and resolve any disputes with suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure a consistent supply of materials without overstocking.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare and manage the purchasing budget, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
Uphold the highest ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Maintain untainted integrity and ensure that all transactions are free from conflicts of interest.
