Biggs Inc. is the leading food chain in Bicol Region with 22 branches in Bicol and 1 branch in Lipa. It was founded in 1983 by three enterprising ladies. It started as a small take out counter selling burgers and fries. Later on, because of its immense success, it opened a dining area and began offering other food fare. Soon, it opened other concepts like a casual dining concept and a Pinoy restaurant concept. In the 90's, the three different concepts fused together to form Bigg's Diner. with 35 years in the business of providing total customer satisfaction through innovative products, excellent service and a unique dining experience. The restaurant specializes in Baby Back Ribs, Crispy Chicken, their original Rock N' Roll Iced Tea blend, American Fare, All-Day Breakfasts like Tosilog and Tapsilog, and Pinoy comfort foods like Goto. Biggs Inc. has expanded across Bicol and now the landmark of the region.
The Role
A Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that materials and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. This role involves identifying high-quality food seasoning products, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, overseeing inventory management, and coordinating timely deliveries to support operational needs.

The Role
A Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that materials and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. This role involves identifying high-quality food seasoning products, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, overseeing inventory management, and coordinating timely deliveries to support operational needs.
Ideal Profile
- Graduate of any business course or a related field.
- With experience in the same field, preferably
- Purchasing or Supply Chain
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to make quick decisions.
- Organizational skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Preferably with own motorcycle or car and a driver’s licensed.
- Knowledge on purchasing grocery products including seasonings, meats, etc.
