Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Responsible in sourcing and negotiating with qualified suppliers for materials and services needed by the company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepares Purchase Order for the purchase of materials, supplies and services needed by production, engineering, logistics & other departments.
- Follows up delivery schedules from suppliers to ensure availability of materials, supplies and services.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers and associated departments.
- Prepare comparative quotation report & weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate of Engineering courses
- Proven experience in office work and purchasing procedures preferably in the same position
- Preferably with background in Purchasing for food industry (Project, Fabrication and other Services)
- Computer literate with ability to analyze purchase requests, evaluate bids, prepare product specifications and contracts
- With good communication and excellent sourcing and negotiation skills
- Willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
