Your Role:

As a Purchaser, you will:

• Review purchase order (PO) requirements and place orders to fill back orders and replenishment needs.
• Set up new suppliers, vendors, and inventory items as needed.
• Maintain min/max ordering for stocked items.
• Enter and maintain system pricing for items.
• Resolve warehouse receiving and purchase order discrepancies.
• Approve customer return material authorizations (RMA) and process returns to vendors.
• Process stock transfers and inventory adjustments as required.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Experience with basic business transactions.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of emails (80+ per day).
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience in handling inventory control, pricing, and returns.
• An attitude of service and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle high volume and fast-paced environments.
