In this role, your mission is to support our Audiobook division by meticulously managing contracts, queries, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless publishing efforts. You will make a direct impact by:

• Monitoring the Royalties inbox and addressing queries within 24 hours of receipt.
• Drafting and negotiating Audiobook contracts, artwork contracts, and master contracts.
• Administering contract trackers and managing/updating the publication database (matrix).

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and databases.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in digital publishing tools.
• Familiarity with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter (as listed in the provided JD, though these are typically recruitment-related tools and may be an error in the original job description).

Non-Negotiables:

• Onsite work setup in IT Park, Cebu City.
• Availability for Dayshift schedule (PH Standard Time).
