As a Public Relations Intern for Louis Vuitton, you will assist the company with tasks set by the Public Relations Department such as research, data capturing, and working closely with the assigned Department to learn more about the company.
Profile
- Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Data Capturing: Assist in designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship. Conduct research to support media and PR planning, manage advertising timelines, and draft and distribute press newsletters.
- Media Placements and PR Activations: Assist in the organization and execution of media placements and PR activations. Support PR shoots and store loans, track media coverage or PR metrics, and monitor payments.
- Liaison Duties: Assist in liaising with media, talents, and suppliers, as well as internal team members for designated projects and tasks.
- Administrative Duties: Undertake general administrative duties related to media and PR.
- Software Proficiency: Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
- Team Participation: Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Head Office/Store.
- Brand Standards: Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior, ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand's prestige.
- Policy Adherence: Follow the company’s policies and procedures meticulously.
- Duration: This role is for a 1-year internship.
- Eligibility: Ideal for fresh graduates.
- Relevant Courses: Graduates from courses such as Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, and Fashion Management are a good fit for this position.
