Property Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the overall upkeep of the Cathay Land, Inc. Sales Office:

• Ensure that the janitor on-duty performs timely and quality cleaning works at all times.
• Safekeep and maintain proper inventory record/s (receiving and releasing) of all office, cleaning, and marketing supplies.
• Perform regular inspections of the sales office, model units, billboards, lamp post banners and its surrounding premises. Report any concerns or damages that need to be rectified.
• Serve as point person for all department-related internal and external coordination works at the site.
• With the help of the IT team, smooth operations of all IT equipment installed at the office (e.g., PC, printer, etc.)

Supervise and provide quality assistance to all client/s, real estate brokers, and sales agents that visit the office:

• Help the Cathay Land, Inc. brokers and Sales Agents with their basic project-related clarifications.
• In the absence of a sales agent, assist in entertaining walk-in clients at the site.
• Function as audit to ensure that the sales agents on-duty are complying with all company policies. Any violation must be reported to the head office for proper action.
• Ensure that all booths in the area are manned as soon as the establishment opens.

Others:

• Perform other duties aside from primary tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year college course.
• With related work experience for this role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome and encourage to apply.
• Comfortable in communicating in English and Tagalog.
• Willing to work onsite at Brgy. Maguyam, Silang Cavite
• Willing to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with two rest days on weekdays.
• Possess knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc).
