Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Landman to support project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in property law with experience in title research, mineral rights, and ownership calculations. This role is critical to providing high-quality reports and maintaining accurate land records for clients, enabling successful project execution.

- Title Research: Conduct thorough research of county records to determine surface and mineral ownership using online databases.
- Documentation: Analyze and document findings to create comprehensive reports for clients.
- Compliance: Ensure research and documentation meet deadlines for internal and client needs.
- Collaboration: Work independently and with teams to adapt to evolving business priorities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in title or mineral research or related property law.
- Familiarity with property rights and ownership research.
- Degree in Law.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of energy or resource-based industries.
- Experience supporting US-based teams in land or property management.
