Property Building Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will assist in the Property Manager to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting a regular inspection, implement energy conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring efficiently in the utility consumption track and communicate work request status of completion.
• Prepares/Review plans, estimates, the scope of works for various projects.
• Conduct project management for CAPEX projects.
• Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.
• Assist in coordinating emergency drills.
• Participate actively in daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.
• Involve in Preparation and Delivery of Presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation.
• Attend to all unit concerns and provide excellent customer service

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Registered Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience.
• Must have a pleasing personality, good attitude and customer oriented.
• Must be technically competent in various machines,equipment and machines found in residential properties.
