Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update general ledgers for assigned properties.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
Reconcile bank statements, tenant ledgers, and other financial data.
Monitor and track rent collections, lease agreements, and security deposits.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate reporting of property income and expenses.
Assist with annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Maintain financial records and documentation for tax and regulatory purposes.
Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
