Your Role

As a Project Planner, you will:

The Project Planner supports both internal and external projects by developing, maintaining, and reporting on detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
• Coordinate with Project Managers, and Engineers, to collect progress updates and adjust
• schedules.
• Monitor and report on progress, performance, and productivity across multiple projects.
• Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses to support decision-making.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM), variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery or mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate baselines, schedule revisions, and as-built records
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Experience in project planning and controls, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) preferred; Primavera P6 (PPM) experience as a minimum.
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies, resource management, and progress measurement.
• Demonstrated experience with critical path analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of rebar, structural steel, or construction supply chain planning desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  
  

Note: Experience in Civil & Infrastructure, Commercial Construction, Energy & Utilities, or Transport & Rail is advantageous but not essential. Relevant experience in any single sector is highly valued.
