This position will be in-charge of handling customer service matters of the business and attain targets set by Agency Distribution Head including but not limited to client information updates, client complaint resolution, agent information update targets of the Agency Distribution Channel. This position is also expected to partner with Agency Distribution Head and One Wealth in crafting client service process improvements, and other initiatives needed.

3.1 Reviews account opening documents presented physically by agents and/or clients if compliant for account opening prior to submission to BII Operations for execution.

3.2 Reviews subscription and redemption documents presented physically by agents and/or clients if compliant for execution prior to submission to BII Operations.

3.3 Provides responses to emailed queries from clients or agents. Officer also shares compliant solutions to client transactions with deficiencies.

3.4 Reviews documents submitted by client and/or agent pertaining to maintenance of account information such as but not limited to contact details, nominated settlement account, authorized signatory/ies, agent on record, and authorized representative.

3.5 Endeavors to reduce documentary deficiencies in partnership with the Agency Area Manager or Agency Distribution Specialist by coordinating with client and agent on record to comply with requirements.

3.6 Acts as the liaison of the accredited agents to BII, primarily to provide proper transaction advice and solutions. Officer will also follow through on the resolution of problems and issues, and conduct presentations to agents and promote BII processes.

3.7 Works closely with various teams within One Wealth and the Bank on learning & development programs designed to improve customer service of BII.

3.8 Provides relevant feedback received from the agency frontline to Agency Distribution Head
