Job Overview
The HelloConnect Project Operations & Management Lead will support the operational efficiency and daily execution of projects across the Partnerships & Business Development team. This role is focused on day-to-day project management, task oversight, and data operations. The PM will support internal stakeholders through consistent and accurate execution of workflows, communication follow-ups, preventing and handling escalations, and tracking deliverables. Attention to detail, speed, accountability, and adherence to evolving expectations are essential.

Job Overview
The HelloConnect Project Operations & Management Lead will support the operational efficiency and daily execution of projects across the Partnerships & Business Development team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own end-to-end project tracking across initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks including QA where needed.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, HubSpot, etc.) to assign tasks, track updates, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate closely with the HelloConnect Marketing Team Lead to gather performance insights, escalate project issues, manage bandwidths, and surface potential opportunities for improvement across key workstreams.
- Utilize project performance insights to produce comprehensive reports and identify workflow enhancements.
- Support the Operations team with strategic initiatives, ad hoc task execution, and evolving needs within scope to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide clear, timely communication on task progress, blockers, and status updates to ensure alignment with HelloConnect and internal stakeholders.
- Help streamline task management by identifying repetitive requests that can be templatized or automated.
- 5+ years of experience in operations/ project management in a leadership capacity (preferably in a growth marketing or partnerships/sales team setting).
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and HubSpot; comfort working with structured data and reports.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify performance gaps or escalation points and communicate them effectively and professionally.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and autonomously while maintaining alignment with a cross-functional team.
- Ability to follow SOPs, expected SLAs, and independently troubleshoot issues or blockers.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and a proactive approach to supporting team needs and evolving priorities.
