Your impact
- Lead BIM standards implementation, workflows, and modeling methodologies throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure quality assurance, model accuracy, and compliance with BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 standards.
- Manage federated models and associated data, including MIDP, TIDP, IFC, and NWC files.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, track issues via platforms like BIM Track, and support QA/QC reviews.
- Provide BIM training and technical support while promoting automation and tool interoperability.
- Stay updated on BIM trends and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D or Revit, with practical BIM coordination experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Navisworks and/or Revizto for model coordination.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage feedback constructively.
- Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM, construction methods, and engineering design principles.
