Here’s where you come in:
As Project Manager II, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of one or more large to medium-sized strategic initiatives, often involving moderate to high complexity and multi-year, high-value budgets.
You will lead the planning, development, and execution of project efforts, ensuring all project management deliverables are in place and aligned with the established delivery framework and guidelines. You will bring together key stakeholders to define scope, refine requirements, secure approvals, and mobilize the necessary resources to ensure successful project delivery.
You will serve as the single point of contact for your projects, coordinating all aspects including scheduling, resource planning, estimation, and ongoing project maintenance. You will proactively communicate key issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating them through the appropriate governance channels when necessary. You will also lead project review meetings and maintain up-to-date reporting on project status.
You will enforce change management processes and ensure that all project outcomes meet expectations for time, cost, and performance. In doing so, you will help drive consistency, transparency, and accountability across all phases of project delivery.
In this role, you will operate within a matrix organization, requiring strong collaboration and influence across business and IT teams. You will clearly communicate vision, mission, and goals to diverse audiences, and apply your sound understanding of technology to support business objectives. You will also bring deep expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and Agile delivery practices to guide your teams toward successful outcomes.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, IT or any other related field.
- Requires 5-7 years experience in the IT environment, including 3 or more years in managing Global/Enterprise Technology and Digital Solutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
- Accredited Project Management Certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile Certified Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master, Disciplined Agile, Scaled Agile Framework amongst others.
- Project Manager of Global or Regional Technology and Digital Solution projects.
