Spectrum Travel and Tours, Inc. (STTI) is a full-service, IATA-accredited travel and tour company specializing in Corporate Travel Management. Spectrum offers international and domestic ticketing, Meetings Incentives Conferences, Exhibitions/Events (MICE) and Free Independent Traveler (FIT) services, and local tour arrangements, supported by a global network of partners and a team of experienced travel consultants.
The Finance and Administrative Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing the financial integrity, administrative efficiency, and human resources function of the company. This role ensures sound financial planning, effective internal controls, legal compliance, and a productive working environment that supports the company’s business goals. The position also requires strong collaboration with the Operations Team and provides direct support in fulfilling operational requirements to ensure seamless business execution.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and relevant statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll, banking relationships, and external audits.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to support business growth and efficiency.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and cost control.
- Administrative Oversight
- Manage company assets, procurement, office logistics, and general administrative operations.
- Oversee contracts and service agreements with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Maintain company records, licenses, and ensure all regulatory filings are completed on time.
- Human Resource Management
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Oversee employee compensation, benefits administration, and statutory deductions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal communication.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in financial management, tax compliance, and HR functions
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Knowledge of banking transactions, forex monitoring, and investments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
- NetSuite knowledge is an advantage
