Why this role exists
We're seeking a Project Manager to streamline and optimize our client's operational efficiency across multiple initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining project momentum, ensuring timely deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional teams while upholding the company's commitment to excellence in health-focused product development. The ideal candidate will serve as the backbone of project execution, enabling the company to scale its operations effectively.

The Impact you’ll make

Project Leadership

• Drive project execution from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies


• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations


• Identify and mitigate potential risks before they impact project timelines

Team Collaboration

• Facilitate effective communication across departments using Slack, Asana, and Zoom


• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project scope and objectives


• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes team productivity

Resource Optimization

• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation


• Track project milestones and deliverables


• Implement efficiency improvements in project processes

Stakeholder Management

• Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders


• Manage expectations and communicate project changes effectively


• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams

Daily Operations

• Oversee daily project operations and follow-ups


• Ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables


• Maintain status updates across all active projects

Measure of Success

• Successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets


• Effectiveness in maintaining clear communication channels and documentation


• Demonstrated ability to work independently while meeting or exceeding project objectives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of project management experience in healthcare, e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is a plus


• Proven track record with Asana project management tool


• Demonstrated experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies


• Strong documentation and process management capabilities


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

What to expect...


Work Setup:

• Remote position


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time)


• Initial 2-week trial period, then increasing to 40 hours/week

Training Program

• Day 1: Tools and credentials onboarding


• Days 2-5: Shadowing sessions with Operations Director

Compensation:

• $8 per hour
