Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our Marketing and Communications team. This role offers a pivotal opportunity to advance the Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud product roadmaps by combining business analysis with project management. Focused on enhancing the Content Hub, Digital Asset Management and Marketing Cloud products. As part of our marketing ecosystem, the Business Analyst collaborates closely with each of the Product Owners and other stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions that meet regional and organizational priorities while aligning with the global platform vision.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Gather and document business requirements from the Product Owner for enhancements and new implementations on our Sitecore platform.
• Assist in researching technological solutions to meet evolving business requirements, including the integration of Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as Salesforce, to streamline business processes and data flow.
• Serve as the liaison across the team (PO, DX, UX, admins, IS team) to translate business needs into technical requirements and address any questions or concerns to clarify expectations.
• Write and groom Jira stories to outline requirements and acceptance criteria. This includes requirements analysis, clarification and input into estimations.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables (e.g., Figma files) to ensure stories are delivered on time to support development efforts.
• Participate in daily standups with the Sitecore development team.
• Ensure adherence to all development and security standards during project execution.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, legal compliance, and privacy standards.
• Evaluate operations and suggest workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist the teams in maintaining documentation on system configurations and processes.
• Conduct Business verification of release candidates to ensure they meet requirements. Communicate between the development team and the Product Owner to manage the escalation of critical fixes, ensuring that important issues are swiftly addressed.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a specific focus on digital solutions.
• Demonstrable project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing and delivering projects.
• Experience in writing and managing Jira stories, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and adhering to strict development standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Initiative and results-oriented approach.
• Effective teamwork capabilities, with the ability to lead by influence and collaborate effectively across functional teams.
• A good understanding of data privacy and data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is desired.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people from varying functional areas and levels of responsibility.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and requirements with clarity and completeness as well as communicate technical solutions into business-friendly language and documentation.
• Prior consulting, IT Services, or Agency experience is preferred.
• Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud products (Personalization, Account Engagement/Pardot, Advertising) is preferred.
  
  

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 am to 4:00 pm / Hybrid

This job offer can be based in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu.
