Project Manager

Uno Creatives is expanding, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who can keep our fast-moving content and creative operations running smoothly.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Hybrid flexibility available after onboarding)

What we're looking for

• Oversee timelines and deliverables across multiple brand accounts
• Coordinate with Content Strategists, creatives, and interns
• Manage shoot schedules, pre-production alignment, and JO tracking
• Ensure smooth workflow and on-time output across all teams
• Maintain quality and consistency of deliverables
• Optimize internal processes and keep teams aligned

What we're looking for

• Strong project management or account management background
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts
• Familiar with Notion and Google Workspace tools
• Ability to thrive in a structured but creative environment
