Your Role

• Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects across various business units
• Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, implementation, and transition
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (GES, HR, Finance, Procurement) and external stakeholders to align on goals and ensure seamless project delivery
• Drive transformation projects, including:
• Service transitions (new or existing scope)
• Post-merger integrations
• Strategic business initiatives tied to organizational growth and efficiency
• Work effectively in complex, international environments, managing medium- to long-term projects often embedded within broader global programs
• Ensure alignment with the company Business Solutions (MBS) Strategy and partner with the Project Portfolio & Program Management (PPPM) team, SSC stakeholders, and legal entities
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years *externals of project management experience, preferably in shared services or global operations
• Experience handling cross-functional or international projects
• Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Procurement processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in complex, fast-changing environments
• Experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Work Front)
