Job Description

As a member of the Change & Programme Management (C&PM) Center of Excellence, you will be at the heart of ITS's CoE, acting as a translator and enabler between our team and our stakeholders (ITS Leadership Team, Product Teams and ePMO).

  • You will be responsible for investigating, analysing, visualising, articulating, and solving complex problems and concepts, and making disciplined decisions based on available information.
  • Your work will directly impact client's high visibility ITS initiatives, advancing global key business priorities.
  • This role has built-in variety and requires toggling across a range of efforts.
  • You will jump in across a wide variety of projects or efforts - sometimes as a coordinator, designer, or analyst, and often as the 'doer' to get efforts underway, pilot or prove a concept, or to take the lead on an initiative.
  • You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) team, particularly in the execution of related project.

This role focuses on coordinating project schedules, managing resources and information, and ensuring clear and consistent communication across various teams.

The successful candidate will support the planning, organization, and reporting of coaching sessions, while also preparing regular status updates to track progress and address any issues that may arise. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential to thrive in this position.

Key Duties And Activities Include:

  • Project analytics, support, and execution - In partnership with the CoE leads, involved functions and Product teams, provide support, analyses, action planning and helps execute key modules of work. Take an ownership posture, increasing with seniority
  • Project planning - In partnership with the CoE Leads, involved functions and Product teams, provide content expertise, project management skills, and change management experience to accelerate the development of solutions. Crystallize objectives, milestones, metrics and deliverables, ensuring highest potential for value delivery
  • Business cases and management updates - Write and support project-related business cases, investment proposals and execution plans, when needed
  • Tracking and Analysis - working with the C&PM PMO, monitor project KPI's and produce monthly dashboards for management visibility
  • Process optimization and reengineering - Work with functional teams to define endstate processes/workflows and organizational models, as well as the path to achieve those end states and the needed resources
  • Project Execution - Manage specific implementation efforts to ensure projects remain on course and objectives are realized on time and within budget parameters
  • Change Management and Implementation - Coordinate with change managers to ensure project plans include ownership for stakeholder engagement and communication, also working closely with the IT Change & Communications team, to improve rollout and solution adoption
  • Best Practices - Contribute to an overall inventory of well-run Project initiatives at Client and to the network of change and project management professionals to encourage widespread adoption of best practices
  • Team Development - Aim to mentor junior team members and effectively align project experience with career goals of individuals when possible.

As part of this role, you will work closely with MDPs, collaborating with the Comms & Collaboration team and potentially with product teams. A key responsibility will be managing the logistics and promotion of coaching initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned. The role will also oversee the organization of upskilling programs for Client coaches, ensuring seamless planning and execution to meet the high standards expected within the organization.

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the scheduling system to support smooth operations. By liaising effectively with all stakeholders, the coordinator will ensure that resources are allocated efficiently, and the project remains on track to meet its objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results that align with Client's goals and values. Team management will increase with seniority and the responsibilities of the role will evolve over time as the C&PM Team grows and evolves.

Experience & Qualifications:

In addition to the skills/strengths identified above, the Project Manager must have:

  • University degree or equivalent - ideally in a technical related subject.
  • Experience working with Senior Leadership stakeholders in a multi-national, largescale environment
  • Project and Program Management - including resource scheduling and utilization
  • Data Analysis - strong data analysis skills, able to communicate key insights effectively
  • Curiosity and focus on continuous development, learning
  • Creativity and openness to innovative approaches, digital tools, Agile methodologies
