Work from home and join a fast-growing Australian fintech company! We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who has a background in implementing agile and waterfall methodologies for multiple software development projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • Applicants must be Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines.
  • At least 3-5 years experience as a project manager.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional reporting and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Proficiency in executing waterfall and agile / scrum methodologies for SDLC projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools i.e. Jira and Confluence
  • Has experience running calls and meetings with different stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Must Have Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective use of GSuite/Google Workspace and MS Office.

Good To Have Skills

  • Experience in using Resource Management apps e.g. Runn.
  • Experience in reporting project financials (budget vs actuals).
  • Familiarity with using ClickUp.
  • Knowledge in FinTech industry or Financial Advice in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, budget, and timeline.
  • Identify and allocate resources required for project execution.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Motivate team members and provide guidance and support.
  • Propose process improvements.

This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.
