THE IDEAL FIT MUST HAVE:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Extensive experience managing high-rise and high-end commercial and residential projects, ensuring quality execution, compliance with industry standards, and timely delivery.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project cost controls.
• Leadership & Communication:
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and inspire diverse teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to handle project challenges and unexpected issues.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Financial Management:
  • Proficient in budgeting, cost estimating, and financial management.
