SALARY RANGE: PHP 90,000-130,000

SHIFT: 9 pm to 6 am, Mondays to Fridays

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues with stakeholders and leadership
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature project life cycle capabilities in the organization
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Provide support for a framework to enable team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment of operational activities
• Manage project scope and changes, assist in coordination with cross-functional teams, and support timelines to enable the successful delivery of the project
• Define project goals, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with organizational strategies
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and targets
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope
• Monitor and report project progress, addressing issues and risks promptly
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, promoting collaboration and effective information sharing
• Maintain harmonious working relationships within the team, other support departments and stakeholders
• Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and work well with all levels of leadership
• Driving and managing performance, attendance, and department targets
• Prepare employee reviews, performance plans, and process improvements to meet company standards
• Interview and assess applicants for vacant roles in the department
• Implement company policies and enforce disciplinary actions as needed

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• At least 2 years of same-level work experience

Experience/Knowledge

• Experience in Data Analytics
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
