Project Management Officer

The Enterprise Project Management Officer is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of assigned enterprise-wide projects, including tracking the status of system changes and maintenance-related requests, while ensuring they align with the bank’s strategic goals and contribute to the overall success of the bank's initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage execution of the assigned enterprise-wide project(s)
• Track and report the status of the Enterprise Operations’ system enhancements and maintenance
• requests
• Work with IT Project manager to develop and update project plan
• Work with Business units to facilitate business requirements solicitation
• Work with the Enterprise Vendor Management team (EVM) while engaging the project vendor
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks jointly with the project team
• Lead and manage project teams effectively
• Report status or escalate critical project roadblocks to project stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements in the project management governance
• Coach and guide project management staff and project team members as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant experience in implementing IT projects as a project team member or subject matter expert.
• 7 years of experience in project management and/or process re-engineering.
• 5 years of basic knowledge in banking processes and operations (e.g., loans, trade, treasury, cards, etc.).
