Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to Komo Head and department executives and perform the following functions such as:
Provide administrative assistance to Komo Head and department executives and perform the following functions such as:
- Consolidate and place quarterly order placement for supplies and assets for all Komo sub-departments
- Managing the schedules and communications of department executives. This includes gathering documents to prepare for meeting and coordinating travel arrangements
- Book meeting room reservations for all recurring Komo team meetings and as required by any sub-department leader
- Maintain and update reports and operating dashboards
- Process payment requests, organize and file files and department documents.
- College or university degree in any Bachelors degree
- Candidates who possess at least 1 to 2 years experience in similar job role
- Familiarity with MS Excel including simple and moderate formulas to handle large file sizes for reconciliation.
