Manage logistics including venues, suppliers, registrations, travel, and budgets.
Coordinate project and change management plans, timelines, and communication.
Draft and distribute internal communications, bulletins, and project updates.
Facilitate project meetings, daily stand-ups, and progress reviews.
Track milestones, monitor risks, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Support governance, reporting, and compliance processes across the project lifecycle.
Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using tools like MS Teams, ClickUp, and Excel.
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
Have proven experience in project coordination, event management, or business operations, ideally within healthcare, NDIS, or a corporate environment.
Possess strong planning, organisational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Are a confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
Have experience managing budgets, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office, ClickUp, and other project management tools.
Bring initiative, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Are goal-oriented, adaptable, and thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude.
What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (highly desirable).
Prior experience coordinating national or multi-regional events.
Knowledge of NDIS operations or exposure to healthcare-related projects.
Experience in risk management, change management, or internal communications.
