The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Projects & Events Manager to lead and support internal and external events, change projects, and business initiatives for Better Rehab. This is a full-time, hybrid role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup — with only one (1) in-office visit per month.

You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and managing projects and events across multiple regions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organisation’s purpose and values. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication across teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Plan, organise, and oversee a range of projects and events from conception to completion.

  • Support the scheduling and execution of mid to large-scale internal and external events, including:

    • Career expos and discipline-specific business development events

    • Leadership retreats and internal training sessions

    • Multi-regional mid-year and end-of-year staff celebrations

  • Manage logistics including venues, suppliers, registrations, travel, and budgets.

  • Coordinate project and change management plans, timelines, and communication.

  • Draft and distribute internal communications, bulletins, and project updates.

  • Facilitate project meetings, daily stand-ups, and progress reviews.

  • Track milestones, monitor risks, and ensure all documentation is up to date.

  • Support governance, reporting, and compliance processes across the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using tools like MS Teams, ClickUp, and Excel.

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Have proven experience in project coordination, event management, or business operations, ideally within healthcare, NDIS, or a corporate environment.

  • Possess strong planning, organisational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Are a confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.

  • Have experience managing budgets, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, ClickUp, and other project management tools.

  • Bring initiative, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Are goal-oriented, adaptable, and thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude.

What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (highly desirable).

  • Prior experience coordinating national or multi-regional events.

  • Knowledge of NDIS operations or exposure to healthcare-related projects.

  • Experience in risk management, change management, or internal communications.

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Hybrid work setup (only once-a-month office visit)

  • Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)

What We Offer

  • Refine your career and expand your international experience

  • Hybrid work setup - only one (1) office visit per month

  • Competitive salary package

  • Premium HMO for employee + 1 dependent

  • Mandated government benefits including 13th month pay

  • Paid Time Off (PTOs)

  • Annual performance increase

  • Training and professional development opportunities
