Learning & Development Director

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Learning & Development Director will drive strategies that create a high-performing, sustainable organization that meets the current and future strategic and operational needs of Quantrics in Philippines while aligning with our Canadian Headquarter. This senior leader will collaborate across all Philippines sites and with Business Leaders to ensure the successful execution of the talent development strategy, platforms and programs.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development:

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of our Quantrics Learning & Development strategy for all our corporate team members.
  • Identify performance gaps, training priorities, developing roadmaps, and ensuring the execution of our Learning & Development offer.
  • Define our future delivery strategy with in-person, virtual & hybrid leadership workshops/courses/programs including onboarding new hires and new manager training curriculum.
  • Ensure the learning team support efficiently the business priorities in terms of leadership successors & leadership competencies.
  • Evaluate the onboarding program to ensure our new members has strong employee experience.
  • Manage departmental Budget, Headcount and Change Requests

Talent Management:

  • Responsible for developing and executing our overall talent strategy, including best practices for performance management, succession planning, career pathing and leadership development.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of goal setting, performance management, talent assessment, calibration discussion, succession planning and provide support to HR Business Partners & Leaders
  • Develop and track KPIs for talent management & engagement initiatives deployed across our team members
  • Work in close collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners, Talent acquisition and management

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have…

  • University degree in Organizational development, Human Resources, Business Management or any related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting Talent Management and/or Learning & Development programs for large organization
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years managing people
  • Strong Project Planning and/or Management skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and communication skills to share updates, prepare presentations, seek buy-in for all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong logical, technical, and analytical skills with high ability to analyze problems
  • Affinity with data – validate information and leverage data in making decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly driven and results oriented
