- Responsible as the main interface between the customer and IMI handling RFQ's
- Facilitate executive-level interaction between the company, customer, and factory
- Oversees NPI and coordinate the start-up of the phase of new production lead program team compromising of production, quality, engineering materials personnel.
- Ensure that efficiency ramp up and scrap are aligned with the quote
- Responsible for managing and retaining customers, growing the sales volume, and making sure that the business/ project is profitable
- Monitor and review delivery performance in order to ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate the tasks to be performed accordingly to procedures and manage changes accordingly thru ECN or EOL
- Conduct Risk Analysis
