Job Description

• Farm Maintenance Supervisor - responsible for effectively supervising, directing and controlling Maintenance and Engineering resources, ensuring a proactive, cost-efficient and effective comprehensive maintenance program (Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Grounds, Instrumentation and process control), is established, implemented and consistently improved budget.
• Project Supervisor (Electrical) - responsible for supervising the design, installation and implementation of expansion and Facility improvement projects of all Farm Operations by performing design conceptualization, preparation of detailed and specifications, value engineering, project management and testing and commissioning to ensure reliable, timely delivery of projects and safe operation with the allotted budget.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
• 3-5 years in farm maintenance operations or 5-10 years of experience in maintenance
