Project Development- Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitors the construction progress and achievement on time, quality and cost targets
• Help further improve the management system and ways to improve the process and updating the projects tracker
• Streamlining the document and development process
• Participate in the planning processes
• Prepares the requirements for the application and processing of permits and licenses needed prior to the launch and construction of the project
• Create flawless deliverables that require little to no editing or revision
• Reviews and check the accuracy of documents and reports
• Ability to maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Absorbing, sharing, and understanding the information being presented
• Uses relevant knowledge, know-how, and skills to explain and clarify thoughts and ideas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Licensed Engineer or Architect is an advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Can relate and communicate effectively with people from various levels including representatives from different government agencies
• Proficient in CAD and familiar with project management applications
