You will strategically manage projects that support the Measurement Solutions Technical Communications Group, including but not limited to driving project collaboration, facilitating communication, and supporting business decisions to align with marketing initiatives and maintain consistent brand representation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Facilitate scope reviews: drive conversations, discuss team overview, understand project needs, assess the value, impact, complexity, and risks of the project, and ensure all relevant aspects are covered.
• Work with the project owner in gathering, analyzing, and clarifying customer requirements; work with technical teams to gauge the complexity of the request.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with SMEs; facilitate discussions and reach consensus with SMEs on the implementation of edits.
• Help determine and communicate the timeframe required to produce initial release documents based on service-level agreements or gate goals.
• Review and assess proposals in terms of relevance and application to the requirements of the customers.
• Resolve translation concerns with 3rd-party translation vendors promptly, ensuring the quality and efficiency of translated materials.
• Conduct advanced training on technical writing tool usage, including skills development and certification (e.g., troubleshooting, presenting, etc.).
• Guide/mentor a team handling a project from the project selection, analysis, solution identification, and monitoring of results and business impact

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, English, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 7 years of relevant experience in technical writing or creation of marketing collaterals (bulletins, instruction manuals, brochures, flyers, etc.) and project management support.
• Proven knowledge and capacity in Project Management and Agile Methodology.
• Advanced technical capability in Adobe products (i.e., Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, etc.)
