The Opportunity at a Glance


We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Project Support Assistant to join a fast-paced Australian commercial project management business. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates employed under a proper PH setup.


To be successful, you must have project management or coordination experience in the construction, engineering, or architectural space in Australia. You’ll provide operational and administrative support to project teams, ensuring timelines are met, documentation is accurate, and stakeholders remain informed.


 


How You’ll Make an Impact



  • Provide day-to-day project and administrative support to project managers and teams

  • Maintain and update project schedules, work plans, and deliverables to track progress

  • Organise and manage contracts, permits, drawings, reports, and other project documents

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to monitor budgets, timelines, and performance metrics

  • Support financial tracking, invoicing, and procurement processes, including vendor management and Xero accounts receivable

  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, preparing reports and updates as needed

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop SOPs to enhance efficiency


 


What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:



  • Have proven experience in project coordination or administration in Australian construction, engineering, or architectural environments (non-negotiable)

  • Are dependable, proactive, and thrive in a detail-focused role

  • Have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools

  • Communicate professionally and clearly with diverse stakeholders

  • Are organised, adaptable, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines

  • Have familiarity with project management workflows, documentation, and compliance requirements


 


What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:



  • Experience supporting financial tracking, procurement, or contract administration

  • Background in creating customised reports and visual dashboards

  • Exposure to Xero and vendor management processes

  • A track record of implementing process improvements in fast-paced environments


 


Work Schedule & Employment Terms



  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates

  • Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)

  • Gross monthly rate: Php 60,000 - 70,000
