In our business model, we develop, invest, manage and monetize “Omnichannel” advertising networks (Traditional, Digital Signage & Online) which we sell to the main FMCG brands bringing value to the shopper, vendors and retailers.
In the Philippines we are the exclusive Media Retail Agency for RSC (Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, Easymart & Shopwise), Metro, LTS (NCCC and ChoiceMart), All Day, LCC, Waltermart, DSG Sons (G Market) and Grand Union (South Supermarket/South Grocer). We manage the Point of Sale communication in +300 stores and + 1200 screens.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be working in a team of two (together with the Customer Success Manager) and have a direct reporting line to the GM. He or she will be responsible to coordinate between the client, printing suppliers, commercial team, operations, and finance department to ensure the excellence in the implementation of the campaigns, from the moment they are confirmed in our system until the campaign is completed and the client has paid the invoice/s.

Job Description

He or she will be responsible to coordinate between the client, printing suppliers, commercial team, operations, and finance department to ensure the excellence in the implementation of the campaigns, from the moment they are confirmed in our system until the campaign is completed and the client has paid the invoice/s.
Responsabilities
- Securing full scope of necessary information and Client input (e.g. printing production files, campaign briefs, etc.) are complete and delivered on time for campaign execution
- Reviewing and monitoring of all campaigns up to post-project documentation and release to secure they are line with campaign calendar and adhere to company standards
- Direct communication with Clients and suppliers on operational matters
- Drive completion of requirements and accomplishment of project activities within timelines
- Leading continuous improvement of campaign preparation process
- Help Finance to collect the payments on time
- Ensure that all client info in EKON is correct and updated
- Collaboration with other areas of the company to improve processes (e.g. Operations, Sales, Finance, IT)
- University degree
- Mandatory minimum 3 years experience in similar functions
- MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel fluency
- Knowledge of Photoshop or other image editing software will be an asset but not required
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Tagalog is required
- Mature and independent, assertive yet polite, Customer focused
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Analytical, organized with strong attention to detail
