Job Description

As the overseer of Business Operations within EDS, the responsibility is to ensure seamless daily operations. This includes coordinating activities, managing resources, and supporting strategic objectives.

The role will provide governance by defining and implementing organizational policies, processes, and procedures. Your oversight will ensure compliance through regular project and program reviews.

Duties And Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:

Operational Coordination

• Oversee and optimize departmental operations, budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Ensure adherence to operational schedules for meetings, reports, and group project milestones

• Timeliness of budget reporting
• Resource allocation efficiency
• Compliance with operational schedules (report submissions, and other operational tasks are completed/submitted on time)
  
  
  

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment plans
• Manage recruitment efforts, onboarding
  
  
  

KPIs

• Operate within 90% fill rate of the approved HC
• 100% or less than within approved budget
• Recruitment success rates
• Timeliness of budget reporting, and submission
• Resource allocation efficiency.

Work Experience

• Extensive experience in business operations, data management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of optimizing operational processes.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and project management.
• IT/Telco industry experience is a plus
