Duties And Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:
Operational Coordination
- Oversee and optimize departmental operations, budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling
- Ensure adherence to operational schedules for meetings, reports, and group project milestones
- Timeliness of budget reporting
- Resource allocation efficiency
- Compliance with operational schedules (report submissions, and other operational tasks are completed/submitted on time)
- Develop and execute recruitment plans
- Manage recruitment efforts, onboarding
- Operate within 90% fill rate of the approved HC
- 100% or less than within approved budget
- Recruitment success rates
- Timeliness of budget reporting, and submission
- Resource allocation efficiency.

- Monthly operational reports
- Resource allocation plans

Work Experience
- Extensive experience in business operations, data management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of optimizing operational processes.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and project management.
- IT/Telco industry experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of efficient and effective strategies on resource management
- Highly knowledgeable on the organization’s internal processes, procedures, regulations, and goals
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly proactive
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), including planning, executing, and monitoring business projects.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze business data, generate insights, and create detailed reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
- Financial Management: Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting to ensure the company operates within budget.
- ERP Systems & Software: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP.
- Risk Management: Knowledge of identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
- Contract Management: Ability to draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, or clients.
- Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific laws, regulations, and standards, ensuring the company operates within the legal framework.
- IT Proficiency: Comfort with various business and office software (Google Workspace) and basic understanding of IT infrastructure to collaborate with tech teams.
- Advanced degree or certifications in business management (preferred)
