DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specification of all projects assigned;
-Coordinates with all concerned units project manager’s requirement, materials, equipment and manpower support for all projects under your supervision.
-Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for proper and timely accomplishment of the project.
-Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems, and the actions for the proper execution of construction of constructions.
-Schedules and plans all actual construction works and related activities.
-Coordinates with the project’s design engineers and/ or consultants on the technical aspects of construction activities.
-Supervises the collection of payments for work accomplished.
-Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments versus budget of all project under his/her supervision.
-Assumes the duty of the Project Manager in his absence.
-Performs public relations or similar functions for matters concerning the project.
-Performs other related functions that may be assigned within capabilities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Civil Engineer / Architect must have PRC license.
-Registered Civil Engineer with over 5 years of extensive experience in construction, quantity take – off and estimates, scheduling, project supervision and implementation mostly involving Civil and Structural Works, and Architectural Works.
-Proficiency in the following computer software packages: Microsoft Windows / Office (Word, Excel), Autocad.
-Construction Project Management (with emphasis on) ;
-Construction related may it “Project Management, Structural, Architectural, MEPF, Safety” … others.
-Experience in the Frequency or number of Projects handled included in the scope of supervision is considered.
