Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Project Controller (Site-Based) to join our Project Services team.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Supporting Project Managers and Leads with commercial and technical documentation.
- Implementing and maintaining project processes and compliance standards.
- Building and maintaining project schedules and documentation.
- Ensuring data integrity between project management and design teams.
- Monitoring project financials and timelines.
- Coordinating with Project Directors, Managers, and discipline leads to keep deliverables on track.
- Producing regular status and performance reports.
- Managing work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, dependencies, and inter-project relationships.
- Identifying and reporting on project overruns and schedule slippages.
- Experience in cost control and planning.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Must be willing to be assigned on-site (either Visayas or Mindanao area)
