We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Logistics Coordinator from the Philippines to power our transportation operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can deliver accuracy from day one, this is your opportunity to join our high-performance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer rate requests

  • Schedule and manage pending shipments

  • Call in and confirm pickups

  • Track and trace shipments throughout transit

  • Locate and secure available equipment

  • Provide timely shipment updates to sales teams and customers

  • Complete and process carrier packets

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in DAT and Truckstop

  • Must know how to use Command Center

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Solid understanding of FTL, LTL, and Volume loads

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
