Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. A typical day involves collaborating with team members, analyzing project performance, and ensuring that all project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Facilitate communication between various project teams to ensure alignment. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. - Evaluate project outcomes and suggest improvements for future projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Commercial PMO. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in using project management software and tools. - Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
