The position is primarily responsible for identifying new opportunities for real estate-related business. Particularly, this position is responsible for:
- Conducting feasibility studies in order to identify new opportunities for real estate-related business
- Assist in prospecting real estate developers
- Follow up on new business opportunities and coordinate meetings
- Assist in planning and preparing presentations
- Conduct assessment of current market values
- Conduct market research of emerging real estate trends and insights
- Graduate of BS Economics, Management, Accounting or related
- With at least 2 years of experience in handling properties, either real estate, commercial or hotel business
- With background in business development and/or project development group but not required
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
