Duties And Responsibilities
- Schedules and attends to meeting with insurance companies on claims concern
- Acknowledges claims notification request
- Coordinates with insurance companies in evaluating and processing claims documents
- Ensures settlement of insurance claims within the given Service Level Agreement
- Informs claimant on the necessary requirements needed for filing
- Monitors issuance of claim check, and other documents from insurance company, makes follow-up if necessary
- Gives regular feedback to the claimant on status of claim
- Ensures that turn-around time standard for claims is observed by insurance companies
- Education: Graduate of any four (4) year college course
- Experience(s): At least one (1) year work experience in MicroInsurance
- Knowledge on Life and Non-Life Insurance Policies
- Insurance Product Knowledge
- Specific Knowledge: Claims procedure and records management
- Willing to be assigned in Makati area
