  • Facilitate online and face to face trainings and submit reports on conducted trainings/workshops
  • Organize logistics for meetings, prepare and disseminate meeting notes, and develop information materials
  • Carry out post-training activities such as sending of advisories and certificates of participants and evaluation of various documents
  • Provide report summaries, draft inputs, and create graphics, tables, and charts
  • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, hotel and restaurant reservations, and secure necessary travel authorizations, as required
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors (phone calls, emails, SMS)
  • Run errands to the courier services and supply stores
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Liaise and represent the company in meetings, seminar, and fora, as deemed necessary
  • Conduct fieldwork and other duties deemed necessary for the completion of various projects of the employer

  • Minimum Qualifications: Any college graduate but preferably with a Degree in Education, Communication or any other relevant field
  • Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Proficiency in office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Has experience or can lead workshops, meetings, and/or trainings
  • Ability to build rapport and encourage participation
  • Flexibility to handle dynamic environments in the workplace
  • Familiarity with online collaboration/meeting applications such as Zoom or MS Teams
