  • Assist in work schedule priorities
  • Implementation of design guidelines and standards for mall and tenant construction
  • Implementation of design standards and efficiencies for all projects
  • Presentation of project blockings, schematics and concept to diff stake holders
  • Provide support to leasing thru creation of lease cut studies and evaluation of tenant plans
  • Provide support to business development through lot plotting and mall blocking studies
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers related to assigned project/s.
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
  • Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor in Architecture/Landscape Architecture; Licensed Architect
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience as Project Architect/Landscape Architect/Designer; Newly Licensed Architects are welcome to apply
  • Have experience in Top Architectural Firms or Major Developers
  • Proficient in SketchUp, Lumion, CAD Detailing, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
  • Provide Conceptual and Schematic Presentations
  • Self-starter, able to do assigned tasks with minimal supervision; Can work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
