We are seeking a hands-on Finance Officer to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the growth of our IT services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both number-crunching and strategic financial planning in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash flow and monitor bank balances, collections, and disbursements
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project-based cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulations
- Process payroll and government remittances
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Validate vendor purchases and maintain proper documentation
- Provide financial insights and reports for decision-making
- Identify risks and recommend process improvements as the company scales
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT, services, or small to medium enterprises, Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel-based systems)
- Knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
- Monthly Salary: 20,00035,000 (depending on experience and responsibility)
- KPI Incentive Bonus: Up to 10% based on KPIs
- 13th Month Pay and all government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
