We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, with a specific focus on procurement-related activities.

Other Service Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with vendors to support project managers in processing requisitions and procurement needs
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of project-related and office supplies
  • Perform administrative errands, including the filing and organization of official receipts
  • Liaise with other offices regarding cash advances, reimbursements, and expense claims
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing requirements to ensure adequate stock
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm or update orders as necessary
  • Handle travel arrangements, including visa processing, flight bookings, and hotel accommodations
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with other tasks as needed

Here's what you'll need

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Office Administration or any related courses
  • With at least 3-5 years experience in admin/office function
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
