In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To demonstrate your leadership and functional expertise.
- To provide customer satisfaction.
- To monitor internal operations management.
- To manage and develop assigned team members and ensure the service level agreement is met.
- To promptly communicate relevant information to your team and the management team.
You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in meeting tasks and deadlines. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course; a degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related courses is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a small, informal team or work group as ad hoc, temporary, stretched, or developmental assignment.
- General knowledge of the quotations and order review.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and tools such as, but not limited to, Oracle and Customer Relations Management (CRM Cloud).
