Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare posting instructions and post data to various CRMs, lead management systems and dialers such as Salesforce and Lead Conduit and Five9.
  • Map data fields accurately between systems to ensure seamless data transfer and consistency.
  • Develop, test, and implement custom scripts and programs to automate data posting and integration processes.
  • Use of Formstack to prepare logical dynamic questionnaires for screening calls.
  • Prepare custom reports in CRMs..
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain documentation of integration processes, mappings, and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM and lead management technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRM integration and data mapping.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Experience with API integration and webhooks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with other lead management systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Certification in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Work Schedule: Night Shift
